I can't believe I only noticed now, since I've been listening to this album way too much for two or three years now, but Jimmy Nolen, Cheese Martin, and Fred Thomas are ALL playing Sunn solid state ("silverface") amps on the cover of the booklet for the J.B.s' "Funky Good Time: Anthology." The image comes from the "Doing it to Death" LP -- you can't see it worth crap here, but take my word for it:
