300T fuses
« on: August 20, 2007, 08:41:59 am »
Hi there
anyone know the rating for the three fuses behind the 6550 tubes in the 300T? They're marked in the manual as 100mA, no mention of voltage and whether large or small profile. The amp is in Germany, I'm in England, and have to go there on Thursday to replace the power tubes. Don't have a schematic and not enough time to get one from Scottsdale.

Any help much appreciated, David Young

My info says they are 5x20mm 250V 100ma. There is one for each pair of output tubes in the screen supply. If one of the fuses blows, an LED goes from green to red (Normal for them to be red when amp is in standby). I'm just going by the manual/schematic, I don't have an amp to look at, wish I did...
