70's 4x12's impedance?

I got a lead on an early 70's sunn 4x12. Looks like possibly the same time frame as the '73 Model T. Looks like original speakers. Anybody know what the impedance might possibly be?

I don't think this one is as old as i thought at first.
Turns out to be 8 ohm, 120 watts. It wont work with the rest of my rig.
