Ohm check with power off and power disconnected:

Primary connected for 120V: 0.9 ohm

HV secondary at GZ34 socket (pins 4 and 6) 17 ohms on one side and 18 ohms on the other.

Bias tap, 2.6 ohms to ground

Voltage check use Extreme Caution!

Line voltage 120.3 VAC

GZ34 socket (pins 4 and 6) 413 VAC to ground

Bias Tap 62.5 VAC to ground

Heater winding with power tubes removed: 6.52 VAC

Rectifier Heater GZ34 pins 2 to 8: 5.05 VAC

My voltages read a bit higher but in that range.
