Sunn Newbie: Sunn 4 x 12 on Craigslist

I ran into this low priced cab on Craigslist, but I have no knowledge of Sunn's equipment what so ever. Does it look like ill be paying $300 for just a Sunn enclosure that isn't even in great shape? Thanks for any help!

For sale is a Sunn 4x12 cab w/ 4 G12T75 Celestion speakers...these are the same speakers found in high end Marshall cab's... cab has some cosmetic flaws but sounds amazing... trying to downsize to a 2x12. Cab does have casters and transports easy.

Welcome to your place in the Sunn .  Too bad you're not in NC.  I have a 1978 4-12 in 9.9 condition (only thing not perfect is some oh so common light rust on the corners) that I'm holding for a buyer untill he's back in town this weekend.  I had it priced at $250, but he offered $300 to hold it.  I've seen no other vintage Sunn like it recently on any sources that I've checked, so $300 might not be too bad.  A lot depends on what YOU are looking for.  I can't tell by the pic if this is an older vintage one or one of the newer ones.  That, of course, affects price.

Thank you! I am just looking for a practical upgrade from a Randall 4 x 10 which gets a little muddy when playing at higher volumes.
