Sunn Orion .. any info on this pre amp?

One of these sitting at a local music store in the back, owner said he never plugged it in.  Recently came across an old Crown power amp and wonder if the two would pair well together.  From all i've gathered its just a standalone preamp where the power amp would be in the cabinet.  It looks huge and has options for guitar bass and "fuzz" .  I've never seen another one, so i don't even know what they're worth.

I believe the Orion pre-amps are very rare. I suggest you buy it and if you don't like it, there is always Ebay or this site. I think you could possibly make a nice profit.

thats what i thought.  though im not sure if im willing to put money into it if it is broken.  who knows

buy it!  now!  the only way i can think of it being a hard fix, is because they are so rare, there may not be readily availabe scematics for it.   but it now!  or tell us where it is located.   i have never seen an orion.  post pics after you do buy it.
