Sunn Museum ?

HOw does one contribute to the Sunn Museum?
I went to view the 1200S. The example is nothing like my 1970 1200S, and I would ike to post pics of my amp into the museum.

 Your amp looks great however I do believe someone changed the grille cloth. My 1970 Sunn 2000S had "Fender" style gray/black grille cloth. My Sunn 200s was a 1969 and had diagonal style cloth, black and silver-gray. My 1968 Sceptre also had diagonal style. I have the 1969,1970,72,73,74 and 75 catalogs. Newer Sunn Equipment has all black grille cloth, amps have "RED" knobs. I mean no offense as Sunn is awesome gear. All I have left of Sunn is a First Gen 1973 Model T, Concert bass amp, and 2 Measly Sunn Coliseum amps, one is a bass other is a lead. and 3 Sunn 2x 15" cabs all with JBL K-140's, 2 are 215S one is the venerable 200s with diagonal grille cloth. Keep collecting and Rocking out. hARD TO GO WRONG WHEN YOU HAVE 4 6550A/KT88 TUBES.

Sunnmon, thanks for the observations and info. This amp is so clean that I had never noticed that the grille cloth was different....I just take it for granted that it is original. The tolex is immaculate. The chassis is mint clean. The staples in the cloth look like factory work to me. Until I did the filter caps, I believe that nothing had been done to the amp. The power tubes carry codes 3227002-3. The main filter cap had a '69 code on it. The speakers are all matched and date correctly for a 1970 amp.
IF the cabinet and chassis showed more wear and tear, I could believe that the cloth had been replaced. AS it is, I think this amp is all-original. I could be wrong, but I would have to wonder why someone would change grille cloth on an exc cond amp. I would also wonder how the staples could look appropriately aged. I personally like the look of the black cloth over the silver and black.
So, with these questions, I guess it doesn't meet the criteria for the museum, eh? I guess the 'not so genuine looking' Jimi Hendrix' signature on the back panel hurts it even more! LOL

Looking at this shot of the grille cloth on the back side of the panels and comparing it to the method and look of the black cloth on my 1970 1200S, everything looks identical...method of cutting the cloth, stapling pattern, and aging of staples.
