Recapping a 1969 Sorado

I have a 1969 Sorado head that I am using for bass and I think I need  to recap it. 

With the volume on 7 and the bass boost and treble boost on, the treble set at 5 and the bass set at 5 it sounds good, but if i raise the volume to 7.5 or above the amp distorts only when I play the low E string, anywhere on the neck. I can still get plenty of more volume out of the head but it is distorted.

I am using a Fender Precision bass full volume.  I replaced the 6550 power tubes (Tung-Sol) and had the amp biased. I also replaced the 6AN8.
 
Could the 12AX7 tube cause this problem.

I am using s Sunn 215 1969 Sorado speaker cabinet with 2 JBL K-140 speakers.  They sound great no matter what amp head I use with them (GK 700RBII, Acoustic 370, Acoustic 150, GK 400RB, Kustom 200B). 

Does anyone have a list of all the capacitors and or resistors that I will need to buy to do this.  It would sure make my life easier, and I could get back to rockin with my Sorado.

Sounds like caps to me. Check this schematic for values.

Also a search of this forum will get you a bunch of ideas for upgrading the filter caps to higher values, more importantly higher voltage ratings.

Thanks for the info.  I'll check it out.
I love the sound of the amp, just can't get the proper volume.
I am amazed at the quality of the sound from just a bass and treble control.
I remember my older Sunn 200S sounding just as good but a lot bigger.
