Do you have the head box? The 1969 Catalog says it's 10 inches high but the other 24 inch amps are 9-1/2 inches high. The 2000S is 10 inches high.

Look in this thread:

You'll have to check that the wires are the correct colors. That big old Dynaco might be different from the other Sunn amps. Is there a sticker by the speaker jacks?

I gotta check the color's of the wire. I didn't know that ! A friend told me this is the short chassis version and it might be a prototype..
There isn't a sticker near the speaker out jack (s)...Its got the original tubes, I wonder if they are worth anything ?

My big question regards HOW to jump the channels on these heads (so I can use a few or all of them at once !). Its there a special chord to get to do it ? Each channel has its own pre-amp tube, and I hear running all of them at once is that HOLY GRAIL tone....

I asked this same question on how to jump channels on the same head and, I believe, the response was you can't. It's not like a Vox AC-30, etc.

Use a Y cord to jump channels.

not sure about this but i was told long ago to not use a y cord as you are splitting a weak ass guitar signal to 50% for each tip.
you need a powered splitter like a lehle to keep the outgoing signal at full stength after the split.
i may be wrong and i'll eat a bug but thats what i heard.

Vodoo Lab makes a 4 way A-B-C-D box with a volume knob for each channel...
WOULD THIS WORK ??

The ABCD box will work fine but it's overkill. You are splitting the guitar signal anytime you jump channels. Just use a Y cord. See if there is a difference in using channels 1 and 2 verses 1 and 3.

Got back from my amp tech today and I got my 67 PA coliseum head going
I got it for $50 off a guy and it wasn't running..
Got it running with 2 KT-88s and it sounds GREAT. Very Leslie West with a JR. and into a 4x12.
Turns out all the original Mullard tubes work and I'm ready to gig with it....
Just SWEETNESS...
