RadioShack Solder Terminal Strips rated 250V ???

Holy micarta BatMan....

Front of package:  "Rated 10A, 250V"

Back of package: 

Insulation Resistance: "500VDC  100Ω/min."
Voltage Breakdown: "1000VAC, 1min."

I have no idea what "...  100Ω/min." means.  I would have expected something like "...10MΩ minimum".  I don't know if the "min." means "minimum" or "minutes".

On thing, the strip insulation material is a tan/orange color instead of the dark brown which I see everywhere in old tube equipment including my Sceptre.  NOTE: the MID BOOST switch back insulation plate is this orange color like these Radio Shack strips.  Also appears to be used in the triple stacked RATE pots.

I was all gung ho to get started on this, but these specs are disconcerting.  

Any thoughts?

PS.  Need to find some at least 600v or better 1000v hookup wire - so forget RadioShack

Package design for Radio Shack is probably done in China by someone who speaks little if any English with no technical background. Coca-Cola had a slogan that was "Coke Adds Life". When translated to Chinese and back to English it was "Coke brings your ancestors back from the dead". Radio Shack is not the best place to get parts, except on Sunday. The parts should be ok.

Yeah, and I'm sure they actually tested the parts too.

(Turns out there are a lot of imported electrical equipment where they simply make up the UL listed stamp/label.)
