almost 7 on a 2000s,  :-o!

I did "the roll" on mine at a gig once... everything on 10, running through one 2X15.  It was loud and distorted, as you might have guessed.

I snagged it!  Too minty to resist :)

At least it's "in da family."

Congratulations!

Thunderous, she was a thumpin'. I started at around 5, one thing lead to another and...that's where I ended up!

MIA Jazz wide open, Rotosound RS66LD.

MC2..congrats on the 2000s ...you will love it.....it's just a great amp to stand in front of...smiles   Bob

Thanks guys...but I'm no stranger to these. A 2000S has been my main bass amp for 25+ years and on most gigs and everything I've ever recorded (or a 200S.)  This is actually my THIRD complete 2000S head/cab that I currently own in the pre-mid '68 grill style (which I prefer.) I sold my spare couple of 2000S cabs (later post mid-'68 Fender grills) to a guy about two months back.

My other two are pretty clean but this one was just TOO minty too resist. I have a couple 200S and I-40 rigs as minty too.

Its too bad that early grille cloth isn't available anymore. I've got an early '68 2000S without boost and it has that early grille cloth, but with a couple holes in it. If I could get some correct grille cloth I could make a cabinet for it too.....but its NLA I guess....
