What is this? Help

I am cleaning out a house and found a Sunn Product.

It is Model 1205, about 3 feet high and 2 feet wide. It looks to be no older than the mid 90s.

Any help? Does it have any value?

It's a Fender made PA cabinet. Maybe worth $100 if it still works.
