2 Part Question - Beta Lead head

So about a year ago I purchased a Beta Lead head, just the head, not the combo. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what to rehouse this in? Will something like along these lines work for it?

Part two is my head makes a lot of noise in general. It's not a not really a hum noise per se, it's almost like wind. Any suggestions on how to control that? It mostly happens when my drive is at a 7 or 8, but the tone is what I like when it's that high. It also makes it when it's on treble, mid, or bass settings too.

Does it make that wind noise when you turn the knobs, or just in general when it's on?

It's when the head is on, but only past around a 8 or 9 setting on some of the channels
