Looks like a 2000S cabinet to me. I think $150 is a good price.

What are the dimensions?

It sure looks like a 2000S to me, and I wouldn't hesitate to pay $150 for it with no speakers in it. IMO that's a no-brainer.
The baffle looks strange, like it's been stained or refinished for some reason, like 60's era walnut wall paneling. That speaker looks like a stamped frame late 60's-mid 70's CTS. They were very common as the "standard" bass driver in a lot of MI enclosures, PA cabs, Leslies, and I'm pretty sure the majority of Ampeg Portaflex's. They are really a pretty nice, versatile driver; not high end like the JBL, Altec, Gauss, Cerwin Vega, etc. of the day, but certainly not "junk" by any means.
As far as I know, however, they were never available in a 2000S cab. I think the JBL D140F was the only driver offered in a 2000S from the factory.

But... Here's the strange thing. Your cab is the fourth one I've seen loaded with them. I've pulled them from three 2000S cabs; one from Miami FL, one from Cleveland OH, and one from Burbank CA. The one from Miami only had one speaker; like yours, the Burbank and Cleveland cabs each had a pair. The Cleveland cab had stickers on the drivers from a music store, so I suspected that the CTS's were used to replace blown JBL's. The CTS drivers were probably significantly less expensive than a recone on a D140, so this may well be the explanation for all of these cabs, but it's an interesting coincidence that four 2000S cabs from such widely varied sources would have the same drivers.

I still have some of the pull outs, if you want one we could probably work out something, but that cab is just begging for a pair of AlNiCo JBL's!

Looks like that grill cloth dates it to at least Pre October 69 or something earlier (If your dating grill cloth I have a 10/69 Solarus head that has the later (They changed late 69) fender type cloth) Nice find that cab....
I'm here in Powell River BC Canada. I know the matching cab 2 X 12 is here in town I could only buy the head at the time I borrowed the $50 for the head. I couldn't borrow $30 more for the cab......Was a slow month. Anybody out there West Coast BC or Islands I'm looking for a Sunn cab. And yes I expect I'll pay more than $30 if I find one again.....
Bands currently. For Fox Sake (Lead Guitar) Aces High (5 string Bass) Zoot Suit Riot (Tenor Sax) Miles to Midnight (Fretless jazz bass) Rockfish (5 string bass) Spent Youth (5 string bass) Tried as Adults (5 string bass)

Also, the same cabinet with D130 or D15S drivers would be a 1000S cabinet, intended for guitar.
