There are threads on this topic (no pun intended). The most recent one I remember seeing is in the Conrad section:

I bought my grill cloth from Mojo Sound,  Mojotone.com.

I used their # 6301005 Fender style Black/Silver/White. Its a medium weight cloth and I found it great to work with. It comes in 3' widths and the retangular pattern runs the length of the bolt.  For a 200S cab you'll need 2 yards. To see the cloth, look at my Sentura II project in the DIY section the Sunn discussion page.

I just contacted Conrad and he is selling me both the grill cloth and tolex.  I think he must have a lot left over from the sunn days.

You can still get the tolex, and the grille cloth for the later era Sunns was very similar to what Fender was using. The early Sunn grille cloth is not available. I think Conrad is going to be stocking the Sunn tolex and later grille cloth for those who want it. I saw him last week and thats what he was saying if I remember right. (We were at a jam so my attentino was a bit distracted.)

I just purchased two yards of Mellotone grill coth directly from Wendell Fabrics down in SC (www.wendellfabrics.com).  They manufacture it and sell it direct.  They even sent sample 8 x 10 samples to me to confirm a match against my two 412s cabinets that need new grills.  They have photos of a few of their choices on their website but after I spoke to Bill Swank in sales and told him what I was covering he new exactly what samples to send and the one that matched (FN-5660-21) was not shown on their website.  He also confirmed that they had most likely supplied the original fabric for these '70's vintage cabinets.  Check them out!

I think Mr. Sundholm has posted that the original was from Wendell. FN-5660-21 you say?
I've bought SF-7005, and it's a pretty close match for the 70's grill cloth; about 99%. It's hard to tell because the grills I was replacing were pretty weathered. I sure would like to get a peek at FN-5660-21!
Can you post a pic?
Thanks!

Ed:

Please don't misquote me...I did not get this info from Conrad.  I did get it directly from the fabric manufacturer.  The FN-5660-21 is a perfect match if you want to keep the aged look of your existing grills.  I would encourage you to contact Bill Swank at Wendell Fabrics directly to order sample swatches so you can judge for yourself.  I will post photos once I get the new grills on my two 412s cabinets.  Peace...

Sorry you misunderstood my post. I wasn't misquoting you, I was just pointing out that I believed Conrad Sundholm and Bill Swank are on the same page as far as Wendell providing the original grill cloth.
I am a little agitated that I purchased SF7005 if there is a closer match with FN-5660-21, but truthfully it was so many years ago that I forget whether or not I just ordered it or if they actually advised me that SF7005 was correct.

Now if we could just get some early "sparkle" grill cloth...

The current cost is ~$20/yard plus S&H for the 72" width.  Minimum order is 2 yards for 72" width.  It is also available in 36" width at like ~$10/yard but the minimum order is 10 yards.  If you want it to look like brand new then maybe the type recommended by EdBass would be the best choice but if you are going for a vintage look I'd recommend the FN-5660-21 since it has a yellowed hue to it (still has some silver sparkle threads).

Actually talked to Bill, great guy and willing to help.  Keep in mind, $19.95 per yard on gthe 72" goods. 2 yrad min order plus there's a $5 handling fee under 5 yards. Still way better than paying $40/ yard  at some of the catalog houses
