I play in band that ahs stoner sludge and noizz influences. And offcourse i use a Sunn.But i never could find "my" sound , until now. Here`s what i use.
I`m a using an 30 years old peavey bass (200 watts)preamp with build in real vintage bass-fuzz. This goes into my 1967 (300 Watts) Sunn Coliseum bass Amp. This monster sound goes into 2 speakers-cabs. One is a 15" speaker-cab from the hughes and kettner 505 combo.(i don`t use the amp of the H&K) The other speaker cabinet is a peavey black widow 18" bass-reflex cabinet. This is so fuckin` loud...and the sunn it`s volume button is on 2. it has become a real big tower.
it`s total height is 1.90 metres. So that`s about it, hope you enjoyed it and if you didn`t....remember..hehe I WILL!! hehe
