Where are you located?  What is the OHM rating of each cabinet and do you know what they weigh apiece?

The catalogs say these cabs weigh 115 lbs apiece.

These cabs typically are 4 ohms (each cab) but Messr. Lebeaux can tell you if his are, too.

I'm in Louisville, KY.  I thought I already had that info listed in my profile, but I just updated it so that it does now. 

I mentioned earlier in the thread that these measure about 2.9 ohms and are rated at 300 watts each.

Not sure on the weight... 100 lb range.  They aren't light, but I can manage them by myself without too much trouble... I'm 6'2" and 200 lbs though.

Do you think I'll hurt anything running a 2 ohm earth producer to one of those cabs?

PS: I live in St. Louis and I'm interested in both cabs if you are still cool with meeting halfway. Right now I'm running a sunn beta bass (4 ohms) to two sunn 215 cabs (also 4 ohms) and an earth producer (2 ohms)to an earth 412 cab (ohm rating not shown but I'm assuming it's 2 because it matches the amp).

You can safely run a cabinet with a higher ohm rating than your amp, but not the other way around. 

You should be able run both cabinets off that one head with no trouble.  The Coliseum heads were only rated down to 2 ohms. 

Most of the time, speakers rated for a particular impedance actually measure lower than their rating... These are rated @ 4 ohms, but actually measure 2.x.  I've got a pair of 15's that are rated at 8 ohms each, but actually measure 5.x each.  Almost any cabinet that you check with an ohm meter will measure a lower impedance than it's rating. 

I mapquested Louisville to St Louis and it looks like Grayville, IL is exactly halfway if you want to make this happen.

That's because what you're measuring is the DC resistance, but speakers are rated in nominal impedance.
They are different because they are two different values.

How much for the cabs empty...without the CV's.  i have a pair of JBL E-155 18's that I'll bet would sound great in those cabs.

In case you haven't read the whole thread... I will not separate because they are an original matching set.  So... if I won't do that, then I am not about to pull the drivers either.  If you want to buy the cabinets you are more than welcome to do what you want with them, but I personally feel that it's sacrilege to unnecessarily alter original vintage gear so I will have no part in it.
