I'm looking for a folded line tank part number 29-0006 from O.C. Electronics - red colored bobbin holders and yellow tape on both transducers. (These units come with the label that states "Manufactured by beautiful girls in Milton Wis......)

If you have any contact info for "Cal" at Accutronics that would be helpful because there is no reference to an apps person on the site.

Good timing.  I'm in the process of determining the maximum physical dimensions for a set of replacement capacitors, and I also had my really cheap autoranging DMM handy.  There's a sticker inside of my amp's chassis that says it was tested on 6/17/75 and the reverb tank model, like yours, is O.C. Electronics P/N 29.0006 Type 51.  The input resistance was about 175Ω and the output resistance was about 173Ω.  At first I measured this with the tank connected to the circuit board, but then realized that parallel resistances could bring down the measured value.  That being said, when I unhooked the tank, the measurements remained constant, which in retrospect shouldn't be surprising--why load the input or (especially) the output when you don't have to?

Gee maybe if I search on my own topic/threads..........same tank used in the Concert is used in the Dymos. Mystery solved since I have pictures of the tank that came out of the Dymos.

George,

I ordered my reverb back in Aug of 2009. I understand that since then Accutronics has been acquired by another company. I don't know if they ar still in Cary Illinois or not.  The last telephone number I have for "Cal" Shuett is  1-800-284-5172 ext. 17
