Looks like a late-70's Concert Lead. Same deal as a silverfaced concert lead, only more recent (take that as you will).

That would be a cost-cutting Mexican made mid-70s red knob Concert Lead. These are very rare, I remember when I was looking for my Concert Lead someone popped in on the forum with a couple of these, I declined his offer but someone else here got one IIRC.
