WTB -- Smiley Era Speaker Ferrule (jack cup)
« on: April 16, 2011, 10:19:07 am »
Recently acquired Smiley era cab with missing speaker ferrule.

Trying to find replacement (about 2" round aluminum dish).

Leads or ideas appreciated.

Conrad said he used "finger pulls" on the early cabinets that are common for sliding closet doors.
Perhaps something like this would be a good option if you cant find something more original.

Would love to see some photos of the Smiley era cab!

GREAT INFORMATION!

It's a 1x15 -- the "Spectrum I" type with a d-130.  Looks identical to later version except for the ferrule.
