The only Beta Lead I've ever owned was a 410 combo, and the entire amp unit just slid into the cabinet in its own metal box. AFAIK, a Beta Lead amp is a Beta Lead amp, period.
I don't think it matters if it's in a combo cab or a head cab the amp itself is identical; and if you think about it, why in the world would Sunn make them different?
It would make absolutely zero sense from a manufacturing standpoint, an extremely bad idea.

Quite right. Additionally, Sunn is famous (infamous?) for reusing things wherever they can. Same basic speaker cabinet for different speaker configurations, same amps with different name plates and different speakers, same preamps with different power amps, same power amps with different preamps, and so on. So, with no actual evidence that the amp is in any way different, I'd say that it's a safe assumption that it is the same.

don't use this amp with any cabinet that is less than 2 ohms............

Sorry finger trouble/brain fade  - 4 ohms is lowest you can use this amp without getting the output transistors to fail....
