I guess this is more of a feeler than anything, but I have what I believe is a 1969 Ampeg B25 cabinet (metal badge) loaded with Altec 418s. Cab is in decent condition, typical bumps and bruises for its age, and it has its original cart stand. A new 1/4 jack has been installed to replace the XLR jack. Anyways, I have it paired with a Sunn 200s, and though I like it, I think it's just a bit too honky for my bass needs, and I don't want to overly strain the old 418s in there (guitar 15s). What I'm looking for is preferably a 200s cabinet to pair with my head, and after that probably a 118 cab (two would be sweet beyond belief). It doesn't need to be pretty, just functional, and preferably loaded with JBLs or EVs or Altec 421s. I'm not super picky though, so if you have a 60s Sunn cab you'd like to switch for a vintage Ampeg cab (I know, longshot on the Sunn forum), hit me up. Cash could be worked out in addition to cabinets on either side of the deal.
I'm located (or rather, I will be in a few weeks) in Middletown, CT, and it'd be best to do this fairly local as I don't really have a mode of transportation. No pics at the moment, but I'll see if I have any lying about.
