200s cab drawings
« on: June 10, 2013, 06:26:52 pm »
Hello there, had been following the ups n' downs of this forum for over 2 years and did not have the guts to post with a request. After looking for a long time I sold my soul to the Devil (didn't want my first born) in exchange of a nice 200s head, and obviously now I want the matching cab.
Just bought two K140's(shipped)  I decided to built the cab, the problem is that do not have the drawings, I sent 4 emails in the last month to Conrad with not joy. My request is for anybody who has such drawings, could you please share/sale a copy?
Thanks...   Eduardo

Please!...  pretty-please!...   HELP!!...   already ruined a 4X8 sheet of Baltic birch,
am a good carpenter but trying to figure out dimensions from pictures is beyond
my capabilities,  somebody...  anybody... am having hard time here!
If you share the drawings with me, you'll go straight to heaven, in the other hand
if you don't... hmmm... well, you'll go to heaven anyway, am a good guy.

I'd like to help you, Ed, but I'm about 2000 miles away from my 200S. I can get you started, though. The cabinet is 24" wide, 40" high (42" with casters) and 15" deep.

Hi Isaac... stars, planets, galaxies, must be aligned!... got your reply, which is a great beginning,
I was always hesitant about the height, inner/outer measurements; a nice guy from Greece sent me a PM
with clear CAD drawings and finally got contact with Mr. Sundholm (Conrad in this forum) in person!... in the phone!... isn't this forum great?... suddenly my project is becoming "a project". :-)

THANKS!...   E.       ...to be continued, at DIY sub forum.

What are you doing so far away from home Isaac?

Glad you got in touch with Conrad and got what you needed Mr. Ed. Good luck on your project!

I'm on tour, playing bass with a reggae/funk/soul outfit from Louisiana. Presently in San Antonio, TX. It's a bit frustrating that the keyboard player is a much better bassist than I am.
