Sunn model A combo

Hi! I have a model A combo with 2-12s(128GSP), two channel,reverb,hi boost,distortion,3-way mid freq select,4-12ak7's and 2-6550's,serial #50332. Can anyone enlighten me on the year it was made,what wattage and rough estimate of value? It has the wheat colored vertical rectangles for the grill cover.  Scottstut@aol.com              thank you

I think what you have is a Sunn A212 which first appeared in the 1975 catalog. The 6550's deliver 60 watts RMS (by the way the preamp tubes are 12AX7's). These sell for $250 to $350 in good to excellent condition. If you are interested in selling, let me know!

Actually. =) youre half right..

you have a Sunn A212 amp for sure.. but the 2 6550 tubes are run in a "push-pull" mode for a total of 100 watts RMS. they are GREAT amps.. i have one.. and AWESOME for the street price.. incredibly loud! >=D

tubes:
2 - 6550
4 - 12AX7 (3 for preamp 1 for rectifier.)

also.. they first appeared in '69.
