Best procedure for mounting grill cloth?
« on: December 22, 2013, 10:42:25 am »
I'm replacing the grill cloth on my 200S cabinet. What's the best way to get the new cloth on there nice and tight?

TIA
Edwin

Well, I just went for it. It came out OK. If anyone wants the old grill for any reason, let me know. It's got some holes in it, but maybe parts of it could be salvaged. Otherwise, it's going in the trash.

Love the tie dye and you bet, I would be interested in the old fabric for a project.

I've got 2 concert horn accessory cabinets that are in line to be redone.  I'm sure I could get the two small pieces (18" x 6") I would need from your old fabric.  I'll be happy to take care of the shipping.

PM or email me at steve@housekustoms.com if it isn't spoken for yet.

Thanks!

Very cool man! I have a ton of salvaged parts from old equipment and it always comes into handy.
