This one was manufactured in Tulatin oregon.
Amp has cosmetic wear and tear as pictured and powers up great. Could use a little tlc and a cleaning.
That said amp is guaranteed to work and you can ship it back for a refund if not satisfied.
The Lightbulb that should shine red when powered up needs to be changed but beyond that amp works and all knobs + Jacks function correctly
