I doubt it will be of any concern with your DC5, however a good thing to keep in mind when daisy chaining different cabs is that when the impedance of the cabs are equal each cab will get equal power.
So the two 12's in the 202 is getting the same power as the four 12's 402, pushing the two drivers in the 202 harder than the four drivers in the 402. The cabs combined won't react as a "six twelve".
Not necessarily a bad thing of course, unless you were using a big power, in which case the 2X12 might be stressed beyond it's capability.
