IIRC, the 412SR cabinets are 8 ohms. 4 ohms total load. No problem. Probably don't want to play bass through the 412SR cabinets, though.

Bass through those cabs would more than likely damage the speakers, especially at high volumes.
Gibson Les Paul Special
Electra X260
Squier Precision Bass MIJ
Science Hellhawk 100w
Ampeg VT-22/V-4
Science Mother
Mojotone Bluesbreaker 2x12
Mojotone British 4x12
Ampeg SVT 810

I'm playing an electric mandolin, sampler, and sleepdrone through the beta bass.  Should I run one cab into the other cab and then the amp?  Thanks again.

The jacks on the cabinets are in parallel, so it wouldn't make any significant difference if you ran a cord from the amp to one speaker, then from that speaker to the other one, or just ran one from each speaker output on the amp to each of the speakers. In general, the latter is how it's done, just because the head is usually between the two speakers.
